At this point in time Heritage Treatment Link is an Outpatient Program. The program is located at the corner of Lake and Hennepin Avenues. (On the 6, 6D, 6U. 23, and 114 bus routes). The agency provides bus tokens/vouchers for participants to attend programming daily. A light breakfast and Lunch are provided for program participants.
